Hedgerow Medicine and Herbal First Aid

Join us for a fun and informative workshop of two halves. Firstly we will be going on a ‘herb hunt’ where we will be learning how to identify and use many common hedgerow plants for minor injuries and complaints. Then we will be going into the classroom to learn more about herbs used in first aid, and to make your very own herbal first aid kit to keep and take home.
Light refreshments will be provided.

In this workshop you will make your very own luxurious and aromatic skin and body care products including bath salts, body scrub, lip polish, lip balm and a body butter, all using the finest natural ingredients.
Light refreshments will be provided.
