Delivery is available within the UK, NI and Channel Isles only.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1 – 5 working days to arrive.

• Standard Deliveries are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail or Hermes Courier.
• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £50 or more.
• Orders under £50 in value will be charged at £2.99 for standard UK delivery.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and guarantee they will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Orders should usually arrive within 5 working days of leaving our dispatch centre.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.

Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. The Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.

Returning Supplements

We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don’t make it back to us.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact 07813 840394 or alternatively email us.

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below.
