Blending your own medicinal herbal tea workshop

There are still a few places remaining at Lytham Park View for the ‘Blending your own medicinal herbal tea’ workshop. This event will be held in the Eco-pod at park view from 7pm-9pm. I will be introducing approx 30 medicinal herbs, explaining their uses and benefits and then you will have the opportunity to get ‘hands-on’ and make your own personal herbal tea blend to take home. Cost is £5 per person. Teas to take home will be £1.50 per 30g.
