Junior Herbalist Club @ Park View, Lytham

This Saturday (14th November) our Second Year Junior Herbalists will be making Herbal Cough Drops using Coltsfoot.

Written about by Pliny the Elder and Shakespeare, this common plant of roadsides, hedgerows and stream banks has long been used for all kinds of cough and chest complaints, and has been a popular confection in the form of ‘Coltsfoot rock’ for generations.

Second Year children to meet at 10.00am in the Eco Pod.
