Reiki Level One Workshop

This workshop will enable you to give Reiki to yourself and others (including pets!) in a non-professional capacity by simply laying your hands on yourself or another being. Many people choose to learn Reiki for a variety of reasons including wanting to feel more in control of their wellbeing, to help others, to add value to their life or as part of their spiritual journey.
I have been teaching Reiki since 2000. My training in complementary therapies took place in South Africa and the UK, beginning in 1996. The Reiki training I have undergone is to Master level in the Usui and Tibetan Reiki System of Natural Healing.
This comprehensive one-day course is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone wishing to re-do their Reiki training. If you want to become a practising healer, this is the perfect first step.
The workshop will cover:
What is Reiki?
The history of Reiki
The Five Spiritual Principles of Reiki
The Chakras
Healing yourself and healing another person
It will also include the Reiki One Attunement, which will give you the ability to channel Reiki energy for yourself and a comprehensive manual to take home.
At the end of the day you will be fully qualified to Level One – First Degree in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. You will receive a Reiki Level One certificate to confirm this.
The cost of Learning Usui Reiki Level One and Qualification is £100.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let me know if you have any special requirements and I will do my best to accommodate. You will need to make your own arrangements for lunch – either bring your own or there are several local cafes including one on-site.
