What should I expect during my first consultation?

Your initial consultation will last approximately one hour. During this time, we will take a detailed case history, including information about your current health concerns, medical history, medications, lifestyle, diet, and social circumstances. If needed, we will also check your blood pressure and perform any relevant examinations. This thorough approach helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your health needs.
