Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at namasteherbalhealing@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 65b Warton St, Lytham, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 5DT

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, plants), custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Bespoke herbal tinctures, creams, and capsules cannot be returned or refunded.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, we recommend returning the item and purchasing a new one separately once your return is accepted.

Damaged Items

Please report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us here

Order Cancellations/Changes:

If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return it at your own expense for a refund (minus shipping costs).

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
