UK orders over £75 – Free standard shipping.

UK orders £75 and under – £3.95 standard shipping fee applies.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If everything is in stock, your order should arrive at a UK address within 2-5 working days.

If an item is out of stock, it will be sent separately once available.

Yes — unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for bespoke herbal products (tinctures, creams, capsules) from our own range.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

A back order means an item is temporarily out of stock but will be sent to you once available.

  • Most items are restocked within 3–4 days.

Our approach to herbal remedies is highly personalised. Unlike standard over-the-counter options, our qualified Medical Herbalists thoroughly assess the root causes of your health issues to create bespoke herbal prescriptions.

Each treatment plan is uniquely designed, incorporating dietary advice and lifestyle changes alongside customised herbal preparations like tinctures, syrups, capsules, and creams. What ongoing support do you offer after the initial treatment?

After your first consultation, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to monitor your progress. Typically, a follow-up consultation is scheduled 2-4 weeks later, though the frequency will vary depending on your specific condition and treatment plan.

The cost for an adult follow-up consultation is £50, and for a child, it is £25. We will then arrange further follow-ups as needed to keep your treatment on track and working well for you.

What if I can't come into the store or live too far away? Can I still book a consultation?

Absolutely! We offer online consultations via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to receive the same personalised care as our in-store sessions, no matter where you are. You can easily book a consultation and connect with our experts from the comfort of your own home.
